Lisa Houben, Community Training & Inclusion Coordinator, worked as a licensed speech therapist for 13 years in private practices and school settings prior to joining our team. She has four children and is a recent transplant to Atlanta. Lisa is pleased to be in a role where she can serve the Jewish community.

Leah Heifetz, JAA Associate, has two young daughters, one of whom has Down Syndrome. After living in Israel for several years, Leah came to Atlanta. Her daughter’s diagnosis propelled her to get involved with the disability community here and to join our staff.
